Deb is a change and strategic communication specialist with over 12 years’ experience in various change projects both within public and private sectors. Her passion for user-centred design, storytelling and evidence-based change has proven successful to understand and help her clients articulate the core opportunity when faced with complex, transformative change.
Deb’s mix of in-house and consultancy experience lends to her creative, yet practical change and communication programs.
Deb holds a Graduate Diploma in Public Relations from RMIT, a Bachelor of Arts in Professional Writing and Linguistics, and is a Change Management Institute accredited change practitioner from APMG.
