Tracey is a specialist in strategy, issues management and social marketing.
She provides advice to private sector clients, not-for-profit organisations and government agencies.
Tracey facilitates strategy sessions for boards, senior management teams, and communications and marketing teams. She is often asked to provide professional development assistance to communications and leadership teams on topics such as leadership communications, listening, strategy development and behaviour change.
Tracey heads the SenateSHJ team for our work with ACC, NZTA, Statoil ASA and Stand Children’s Services. She has worked extensively in the energy sector, and is also recognised for her work in the area of human behaviour change. Tracey has authored a case study on the Campaign for Action on Family Violence, published in the UK Social Marketing Case Book, by Sage Publishing, and was recently featured in the ethics section of An Introduction to Public Relations and Communication Management, published by Oxford University Press.
She is a Fellow of the Public Relations Institute of New Zealand, and a member of Global Women, a collaboration of influential women championing diverse leadership.
Outside of work, Tracey's time is devoted to her family, her book group and her football, floorball and netball teams, where she plays a defensive role enthusiastically, if not particularly skilfully.
